Among many contemporary topics, Kyu has recently developed and worked on research programmes and projects focusing on “Art and the City”, “Diversity and Inclusivity” and “Art and Technology”.
Kyu has worked as artistic director as well as creative director for the UK/Korea Season Festival 2017-18, the Chuncheon International Mime Festival and the Ansan Street Arts Festival. Since 2014, he has worked to develop the Asian Producers’ Platform and APP Camp 2014-2018.

Gilles Dore is the International Development Director of CINARS. He has been active for more than 20 years in the performing arts community as a cultural manager and international developer.
Before working for CINARS, Mr. Doré was the Director of Art Circulation, a consortium of contemporary dance companies, the Financial Manager of the O Vertigo Company, the Director of the creation and production center, Caserne Letourneux TSF and a private consultant in cultural management and international development, which led him to work with The Quebec Arts and Letters Council.
He has constantly undertook various missions abroad for companies in dance, theatre and music.

Director of TPAM – Performing Arts Meeting in Yokohama, President of PARC – Japan Center, Pacific Basin Arts Communication, and Vice President of ON-PAM – Open Network for Performing Arts Management.
In conjunction with TPAM, she held two IETM Asia Satellite Meetings (2008 and 2011) and Performing Arts Presenters’ Network Conference (2009) gathering Asian presenters.


SpeakerShin-ah Kim Director, Performing Arts Division, Korea Arts Management Service

Shin-ah Kim was first introduced to the Seoul International Dance Festival (SIDance) in 1999 through a Korea-France collaboration project and has worked at the festival’s secretariat office for 13 years. Since then, she has worked independently to introduce prominent Korean works overseas until she joined KAMS in 2015 as part of the Performing Arts Division.
